After launching the Embedded Ryzen V1000 families in 2018 and R1000 in 2019 as well as the Embedded EPYC 3000 (all three of ZEN microarchitecture), the Embedded Ryzen V2000 family (ZEN2 microarchitecture) was officialized on November 10, 2020. This new family is the future-proof Embedded version of the Ryzen Mobile 4000, which is currently enjoying incredible success in the latest laptops.
